Minor gang-raped in UP, two arrested

Two people have been arrested for allegedly raping a 12-year-old girl in Kon area here, police said today.
According to the complaint lodged by victim's father yesterday, the incident took place on Aug 28 when the minor went to graze cattle in field.
The accused were booked under the Protection of Children Against Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act and sections of the IPC and later arrested.
