The accused were identified as Samip Patil, Pratamesh Bhoir, Vinayak Patil, Nilesh Kale and Mayuresh Patil, police said.
The incident occurred on the evening of February 15, when the minor girl was alone at her residence, Thane Police PRO Gajanan Kabdule said.
The girl received a phone call from an acquaintance asking her to accompany him for a stroll, after which she came out of the house and found two youths on a motorbike there, he said.
The girl was repeatedly raped by four accused persons, while Mayuresh Patil kept an eye on the road, he said.
A case has been registered against the five accused under relevant sections of the IPC and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, he said.
Further investigation is on by Khadakpada police, he said.
