Accused Kuldeep and his aide Pujari have been arrested, while a hunt is on for Lokesh, Sitapur SP Balendu Bhushan Singh said.
Prinki, who worked as a domestic help, was yesterday returning home with her sister when Kuldeep along with his aides stopped them, they said.
According to the victim's sister, Kuldeep soon took out a gun and shot at Prinki, police said.
Prinki was rushed to the district hospital but the doctors declared her brought dead, they said, adding that the assailants fled from the spot immediately.
