Five persons barged into the house of one Kunwar Chand yesterday with the aim to kill his brother but finding him missing killed his son, SP (city) Anil Kumar Yadav said.
FIR has been registered in this connection and investigations are on, Yadav added.
The victim's family alleged that police was not registering the FIR and they had to approach a local court later in the evening which directed the SSP to lodged the case.
