According to the police, the youth, identified as Ishan (24) was arrested today in the case. The incident took place last night in Mehrauli area of south Delhi.
"Although Ishan had threatened the girl not to disclose the matter to anyone, the victim called the police," said a police official.
Ishan was arrested and produced before a local court, which remanded him in judicial custody, police said.
