The victim's parents yesterday filed a complaint against Vishendra Kumar Meena, a sanskrit teacher at a senior secondary school, accusing him of raping their daughter twice, they said.
"The Class XI student was raped on two different occasions," SHO at Anta police station Hemant Gautam said.
"The accused has been put on Awaiting Posting Order (APO) and was asked to be present on-duty at the DEO office in Kota," District Education Officer(DEO)- Baran, Pachuram Saini said.
The teacher is yet to be arrested, the SHO said.
Following the report, the DEO reached the school and inquired about the matter.
"I have also met the victim's friends and parents," Saini said, adding the victim has alleged that the teacher threatened to fail her in exams over phone.
