Kerr, 30, who ended her relationship with actor Orlando Bloom just four months ago, is said to have been quietly seeing the casino magnate, reported Daily Telegraph.
The relationship is said to have started after the shocking September announcement that the media heir had separated from wife Erica, with whom he has three young children.
The former Victoria's Secret model also has a son with former husband Bloom.
