The Lucknow bench of the court while fixing January 7 as the next date of hearing, directed the UP government and CBI to file status and action taken report.
A division bench of Justices Devi Prasad Singh and Rakesh Srivastava passed the order on a PIL in connecting with CBI probe of MANREGA scam.
He also informed that staff, including 3 deputy SP, 7 inspector, 10 SI, 10 constable have been provided to the CBI.
CBI is probing MNREGA scam as per earlier judgement and orders of the court.
