Li, number two ranking leader after President Xi Jinping in the ruling Communist Party of China (CPC) turned 60 today.
He is currently on a visit to Belgium and France.
Together with Li, Modi attended a joint demonstration of Yoga and Taichi here and posted a selfie with the Chinese Premier on Weibo.
