Addressing a rally at Sector 25 ground here, the Prime Minister evinced keenness to meet old friends, but pointed out that "with post some problems creeps in".
"Now it's the security personnel who guide me whether to go right or left. I could recognise old faces whom I know in the gathering... I want to meet them... But now I can see them from distance only," he said.
However, he said, "with post (becoming the PM) some problems come in movement."
"After becoming Prime Minister, it's my first meeting in Chandigarh...I am keen on meeting people," he said.
