With moisture accompanying the monsoon turf, heat wave conditions have been abated in northwestern regions of the state including Jodhpur, Barmer, Jaisalmer, and Bikaner where the mercury plummeted by one to four degree Celsius since yesterday, the report said.
Meanwhile, the state capital of Jaipur was lashed by moderate intermittent rainfall since morning, and about 7.6 mm rainfall was recorded.
Bikaner recorded 23 mm rainfall followed by Ajmer 2 mm since morning.
Rainfall trend would continue in next 24 hours in the state, a forecast said.
