Paonta Sahib and Nahan in Sirmaur, recorded 101 mm and 64.4 mm of rains while Jubbarhatti received 51 mm of rains, followed by Dharamsala 42.6 mm, Palampur 37 mm, Manali 20.2 mm, Solan 12.8 mm, Kasauli 11 mm, Chelsea 10 mm, both Shimla and Sundernagar seeing 9.5 mm of rains.
The showers brought down day temperatures by two to three degree and Una remained hottest with a maximum of 35.2 degrees Celsius.
This was followed by Bhuntar at 33.2 degrees Celsius, Sundernagar 32.4 degrees Celsius, Dharamsala 31.4 degrees Celsius, Nahan 28.3 degrees Celsius, Solan 28 degrees Celsius, Shimla 23.8 degrees Celsius and Kalpa 23.4 degrees Celsius, three to five degree below normal.
Una remained hottest during the night also with minimum temperature at 23.4 degrees Celsius while Mandi, Dharamsala and Sundernagar recorded a low of 22.3 degrees Celsius, 21.6 degrees Celsius and 21 degrees Celsius.
This was followed by Palampur at 19.5 degrees Celsius, Bhuntar 19 degrees Celsius, Nahan 18.3 degrees Celsius, Solan 17.2 degrees Celsius and Shimla 16.1 degrees Celsius.
The local MeT office has warned of heavy rainfall at some places in Kangra, Shimla, Sirmaur, Hamirpur, Bilaspur, Solan, Una and Chamba during the next 24 hours.
