Moong, its dal rise in mixed trade

In a mixed trade, moong and its dal prices rose on stockists buying on the back of rising demand from retailers.
However, kabli gram small and gram fell on increased supplies from producing region against reduced offtake.
Traders said rising demand from retailers mainly led to rise in moong and its dal prices to trade higher.
Adequate stocks position against reduced offtake kept pressure on kabli gram small and gram, they said.
In the national capital, moong and its dal chilka local rose by Rs 150 each to Rs 6,200-7,400 and Rs 7,300-7,700 per quintal, respectively.
On the other hand, kabli gram fell by Rs 100 to Rs 3,800-5,800 per quintal. Gram eased to Rs 2,800-3,500 against last close of Rs 2,850-3,800 and its dal best quality shed Rs 30 at Rs 3,750-3,850 per quintal, respectively.
