The Hanafia Mosque at Ahongam in Beerwah area, 35 km from here, was partially damaged in the fire that erupted in the under construction first floor of the complex, they said, adding that the cause of the fire is being ascertained.
The locals protested against the incident demanding arrest of those who might have been behind the fire, sources said.
