MoUs signed during Momentum Jharkhand shd be constructive: Das

Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das today advised state government departments to sign only those MoUs during the February 16-17 Momentum Jharkhand meet, which will be fruitful and the department concerned should complete work within a time frame.
Das suggested to make separate lists of such MoUs being executed within one year from others which would take two or three years to complete, an official release said here.
"Let less MoUs be signed, but they should be constructive," he said while reviewing a meeting for the Momentum Jharkhand meet.
Das asked officials that both investors and people of the state should not face any problem and called for working unitedly so that people take back a good image of the state.
The Chief Minister stressed upon signing maximum MoUs with such companies which could give maximum employment, improve infrastructure and better services for the people.
"Those companies willing to spend on health and education should be encouraged," he said.
Das also said common people be allowed to see Momentum Jharkhand: Global Investors' Summit 2017 and the exhibition at Khelgaon, the venue, after a scheduled time on both days.
State Chief Secretary Rajbala Verma, DGP D K Pandey, Additional Chief Secretary Amit Khare, CM's Principal Secretary Sanjay Kumar and other officials were present during the meeting.
