Madhya Pradesh Congress will move a no-confidence motion against the BJP-led government in the monsoon session, party sources said here today.
The state Congress held a meeting to discuss plans and strategies to be adopted for the assembly elections scheduled later this year.
Briefing media after the meeting, Congress general Secretary B K Hariprasad, who is party in-charge of Madhya Pradesh, said the meeting was attended by all presidents of district Congress units and the party's office-bearers at the state level.
He said the district presidents were asked to send a list of issues that could be included in the no-confidence motion to be tabled by the Leader of the Opposition in the monsoon session.
