State-run MTNL today reported a narrowed down net loss at Rs 704.93 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2015.
The company, which offers services in Delhi and Mumbai, had reported a net loss of Rs 730.83 crore for the same period last fiscal, MTNL said in a BSE filing.
Total income from operations of the company also declined to Rs 770.77 crore for the reported period as compared to Rs 816.92 crore last year.

"They (MTNL) have promised me that in fiscal 2016-17, like BSNL, they will also come into operating profits," Prasad had said.
