The fourth round of Maruti Suzuki National Super League Rally Championship 2016, in which over 50 motor enthusiasts are participating, was flagged off by Divisional Commissioner Jammu region Pawan Kotwal.
"It is not possible to move to Kashmir in view of the situation. So we have restricted it to Jammu region this year", an organiser said.
The adventurous rally will end after crossing over various picturesque destinations near the city nestled against the backdrop of the mighty snow-capped Pir Panjal Mountains, an organiser said.
