Mumbai brought in Dwayne Smith for Mitchell Johnson, Munaf Patel for Pragyan Ojha and Jasprit Bumrah for Rishi Dhawan.
Delhi also made three changes to their playing XI, bringing in RE van der Merwe for Jeevan Mendis, Andre Russell for Morne Morkel and Venugopal Rao for Manpreet Juneja.
