He will address retired army officers at 3 PM (local time). According to his office, Musharraf is not well enough for a live address, hence a pre-recorded message will be broadcast.
It is expected that the 70-year-old former dictator will also speak about the cases against him.
Earlier today, his official Facebook page announced that a 'peaceful protest' is being organised outside Karachi Press Club tomorrow.
Musharraf's official twitter account and his Facebook page gave a link to a media report which said the former chief will make an address tomorrow. The message on Facebook was "read and share".
