A project plan to this regard was submitted and agreement exchanged today between Hrishikesh Nair, CEO Infopark, and George Alexander Muthoot, MD, Muthoot Finance, in the presence of Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan here.
The proposed project will comprise 10 lakh sqft IT Park built on 9.37 acres of SEZ land having two towers with parking facilities and extensive landscaping, a company release said.
On completion, the project is expected to provide employment to over 8,000 professionals directly, it said.
"The total investment planned for the project is envisaged at Rs 450 crore and we expect the two towers to be fully operational by 2020," said George Alexander Muthoot.
