The 22-year-old star said that she regretted applying white powder on her face, reported E! Online .
"I've done the joker, you know where you get the white powder and it looks insane. It was on the red carpet. It was getting Maxim's hottest whatever of the year and I looked insane," she said.
"I got in the car and I wasn't paying attention. I don't know if you've ever done this, but sometimes when you do your makeup, you space out and you're like (in a sing-song voice), 'do-do-do'. And I forgot there was going to be so many cameras," Cyrus said.
