The three persons, including two women and one of them a Myanmarese national, were arrested from different areas of the state capital yesterday, Mizoram Excise and Narcotics department spokesperson Peter Zohmingthanga said today.
Meanwhile, the Young Mizo Association (YMA) handed over a suspected drug trafficker with five grams of heroin to the excise and narcotics department authorities today, he said.
