The 28-year-old singer, who announced in August that she was expecting a child, is believed to have held talks with some retailers, reported Daily star.
"Nadine had a few meetings last month with retailers and they went very well. She'd like to get involved in the design, too," a source said.
"And if all goes well Nad also said she'd love to bring out a book about her pregnancy," the source added.
