This was the first budget of opposition-less NPF-led DAN government in the state, after eight Congress MLAs were inducted in May.
No cut-motions were put forth by any of the members against any of the 82 demand for grants.
The budget was passed through Nagaland Appropriation (No.8) Bill, 2015 authorising payment and appropriation of Rs 12,592.69 crore out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Nagaland to the services of the year ending March 31, 2016.
The Budget was laid in the House on July 23 by Chief Minister T R Zeliang, who also holds Finance Portfolio.
