Nasar Firdausi reinducted to JMM

A former Secretary of JMM's central committee, Dr. Nasar Firdausi, who had switched over to the Jharkhand Vikas Morcha (Prajatantrik) ahead of the last assembly election in Jharkhand, returned to JMM fold today.
Firdausi was re-inducted into the JMM at a function held here by the East Singhbhum district committee of JMM Ramdas Soren, ex-MLA, in the presence of senior party leaders including General Secretaries Mohan Karmakar, Sheikh Badruddin and Babbar Khan.
Welcoming Firdausi back into the party fold, Soren said his return to JMM would strengthen the party. Justifying his decision to return to JMM fold, Firdausi said JMM was the only party which addressed the cause of poor tribals and downtrodden section of the society.

People of the state have resposed faith in the leadership of party president Sibu Soren and Working President-cum-former Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren, who can only lead mineral-rich Jharkhand on the path of development, Firdausi added.
