During the event, freedom fighter and writer Prakashchandra P Shirodkar will be awarded the 'Lifetime Achievement Award', KIP President Dawood Dalvi told reporters today.
Shirodkar, was the first speaker of the erstwhile Goa, Daman and Diu Legislative Assembly.
During the day-long convention, a 'granth-dindi' (book-procession) will be taken out. Moreover, research papers will be presented by historians and educational experts, he added.
