The National Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) policy announced by the government will help promote creativity and innovation in the country, a senior official today said.

Joint Secretary in the Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion (DIPP) Rajiv Aggarwal said the government is making an ecosystem to promote both these things.
