It has 70 per cent stake in 'NBCC Gulf LLC' and 30 per cent is held by 'Al Naba Holding LLC' - a leading business group in Oman, NBCC said in a regulatory filing.
NBCC Gulf LLC is established to carry out commercial construction activities of buildings, roads, airport, harbour, water sewerage and electricity network in Oman, the filing added.
The company also has a wholly owned subsidiary NBCC Services Ltd. NSL provides logistic support, manpower, or services of all kinds to government or body corporate.
In July, the company secured total business amounting about Rs 540.81 Cr from various clients.
NBCC is a 'Navratna' PSU and mainly deals in project management consultancy (PMC), real estate development and EPC contracting.
PMC segment contributes about 70 per cent to its annual revenue.
