Kadam and his supporters were today produced in a local court which remanded them in 14-day judicial custody.
At least ten people were injured yesterday in a clash between the supporters of the legislator and police personnel near Mohol town.
The incident had occurred when the Mohol MLA was going to "surrender" at the local police station, accompanied by over 3,000 supporters, police had said.
According to an official, police had served summons to Kadam for allegedly removing a road divider on Pune-Solapur Highway on June 28.
Kadam and some of his supporters were arrested late last night and booked under relevant sections of IPC and Bombay Police Act.
The MLA has been sent to Kolhapur prison.
