Vicky and his wife Pooja (30) were walking on the service road near new Moti Bagh area when a speeding Honda City car hit them late last night, the police said.
The driver of the car, identified as Arjun, a resident of Sarojini, fled from the spot leaving the vehicle behind, they said.
He was subsequently arrested, the police said, adding it was being probed whether the driver was under the influence of alcohol.
