The Centre will be a platform for incumbent managers to sharpen and hone their skills and the concept of developing the whole person was aimed through the behavioral science workshops and labs, NGI CEO and Secretary P Krishnakumar told reporters here today.
The programs are designed for durations of one day, two days, three days and a week, which fresh and practicing managers can attend, Krishnakumar said.
The programme will have topics such as every day accounting, business of finance, raining and development, social media marketing, marketing research, budgeting and forecasting, risk management, balance score card and social media tools assessments, the centre's chief Mentor R Venkatapathy said.
