Ness Digital Engineering today said it is planning to take the total number of employees who are exclusively working for the rating agency S&P to 650 in the next two years.
"Currently we have 250 to 300 employees dedicatedly working for S&P. We plan to take the number to 650 in Hyderabad in two years" a senior NDE official said.
Currently NDE is offering services to S&P, to develop and evolve products and platforms that meet emerging technology opportunities across its varied business segments worldwide, including S&P Global Ratings, S&P Dow Jones Indices, and S&P Global Platts.
A global center of excellence for technology talent for S&P which is currently located in NDE's facility will be moved out to standalone facility by next year, the official said.
The centre focuses on emerging technological areas like cloud, artificial intelligence and Big Data, and cyber security, he added.
"The Global Talent Center is an exciting opportunity for S&P Global to harness the proven technical talent present in Hyderabad, thanks to its highly regarded universities and talented engineers within the region," said Krishna Nathan, CIO of S&P Global.
Paul Lombardo, Ness Digital Engineering CEO said for over 10 years, they are closely working with S&P Global to help develop its industry-related solutions.
