New convener for Coimbatore Chapter of ISCA

C A Vasuki, Joint Secretary, Kongunadu Arts and Science College, here was elected unanimously as the new convener of the Coimbatore Chapter of Indian Science Congress Association (ISCA).
ISCA was founded by two British chemists Prof.J.L.Simonsen and P. S. MacMahon with an aim to promote scientific research in India.
The Coimbatore Chapter was inaugurated by former President A.P.J.Abdul Kalam, in May 2009 at the College premises, Dr K Logan Kumar, Treasure, ISCA, said in a release.
