Swearing-in ceremony of N Zakhai as chief executive member (CEM) of the MADC was deferred for tomorrow as the council officials received the letter of approval from the state Governor in the afternoon.
Zakhai was elected as the leader of the Congress Legislature Party (CLP) by the 16 newly elected members on Monday after the announcement of the results of the MADC polls held on May four and in which the ruling Congress swept the polls.
