Newly married woman kills self; kin allege dowry death

A woman, who got married nearly 11 months back, today committed suicide by hanging herself from the ceiling of her house in Anand nagar, police said.
The deceased has been identified as Jyotsna, who was in her late 20s. She married one Rajesh Kumar few months ago, they said.
The body was shifted to a local hospital for postmortem where her parents and other relatives protested accusing the husband and his parents of killing Jyotsna for dowry, police said.
A case of dowry death has been registered and the matter is being probed, the police said, adding, that reason of the death would be clear after postmortem report.
