Nirmal (25) and his wife Minitha (22) hanged themselves separately at their rented house in YSR Colony in Bollaram area, said Satish Reddy, Circle Inspector.
The couple, originally the residents of Odisha, had got married four months ago. Nirmal was working in a private factory here, he said.
Minitha and Nirmal were found hanging in the bathroom and bedroom respectively, the police officer said, adding no suicide note was found from the house.
