The incident occurred yesterday evening after a tyre of the pickup van they were travelling in deflated suddenly, overturning the vehicle near Satoor village on national highway 52, they said.
The bride, Anita Saini (24), and her maternal mother-in- law Laadbai (45) were killed in the accident, police said.
The newly-wedded couple along with their family members were on their way to Ramdevera temple in Jaisalmer district.
Their marriage was solemnised during a mass wedding ceremony of Mali community three days ago.
One of the persons who was severely injured has been referred to Kota for further treatment, while others are admitted at the Bundi district government hospital, the police official said.
The bodies were handed over to the family members after post-mortem this morning, the official added.
