Sharing the trio's first official snap on twitter, John Bishop wrote, "New boy band - me @NiallOfficial and @PaddyMcGuinness - we are called One Lad and 2 Dads," reported reported Daily Mirror.
The trio are all set to play in the weekend's Soccer Aid tournament which will see Niall's football team, "Rest of the World", go up against his ex band mate Louis Tomlinson's England team in aid of Unicef.
One Direction is currently on an extended hiatus and earlier the 22-year-old singer was reportedly in talks with band's label Syco to sign a deal for his own music.
