Cannon, 33, was in town to promote his new White People Party Music album wild a new hairdo where his hair was coloured blonde with black spots, reported Us magazine.
The 'Drum Line' actor looked dapper in an all-white suit, sequined cheetah-print loafers, and an oversize cream coat.
"I usually don't do selfies but I think my new hairstyle is worth it! Took like 5 hours to do this!" he wrote on Instagram along with the picture.
