The "America's Got Talent" host, who has five-year-old twins Moroccan and Monroe with estranged wife Mariah Carey, has been dating the 45-year-old TLC singer for two months and the pair are said to be smitten, reported the New York Post.
"They've been seeing each other for about two months. She really likes him and they're spending a lot of time together. She's beaming all the time. She's met his friends and family. Everyone approves," a source said.
"Chilli is a very mature woman that's been around the music industry for some time and gets it. Nick has always had a crush on her growing up. He thinks she is beautiful.
