Rachakonda Police Commissioner Mahesh Bhagwat said the drugs worth Rs 10 lakh were seized from them.
"We apprehended one Nigerian national, identified as Gabriel, besides three men who are indulging in procuring and supplying drugs to the needy customers," Bhagvat said.
Police recovered drugs like cocaine, amphetamine pills, MDMA, LSDs, 'changa', Hashish, and ganja in varying quantities from them.
Police also found a passport, a laptop, six mobile phones and cash worth Rs 40,000 from their possession, the officer said.
He said Gabriel had come to Hyderabad on a student visa but later discontinued his studies. He was earlier arrested for possessing 20 gms of cocaine and later released on bail, Bhagvat added.
