Niki.Ai partners with CoHo for e-commerce services

Artificial intelligence startup Niki.Ai, which raised funding from leading industrialist Ratan Tata last year, has partnered with rental accomodation provider CoHo to provide e-commerce services.
"Niki.Ai and CoHo, provider of rental accommodations designed for young professionals and students, have partnered in an attempt to enhance the lifestyle of the millennial," a company statement said.
CoHo has integrated the Niki Chatbot SDK (Software Development Kit) on its resident app, which enables conversational commerce on CoHo's platform, it added.
CoHo users can avail services such as mobile recharges, cab, bus and hotel bookings, events and movie ticketing, all on the CoHo app, it said.

MobiKwik ties up with dairy firm Verka for digital payments * Mobile wallet player MobiKwik has tied up with dairy firm Verka to facilitate cashless payments at 525 retail outlets across Punjab.
Punjab-based Verka, is the flagship brand of the Punjab State Cooperative Milk Producers' Federation Ltd popularly known as MILKFED.
"The tie-up will help customers in making cashless payments using MobiKwik at 525 Verka outlets across the state," MobiKwik said in a statement today.
MobiKwik had earlier tied up with dairy major Amul and is powering over 7,000 Amul-owned outlets and 3 lakh multi-branded outlets across the country.
"Driven by the ambition to enable a less cash society in Punjab, we at MobiKwik are proud to extend our cashless digital payments to the city's lead milk cooperative, Verka. Across the state, users can pay cashless using MobiKwik from today," MobiKwik Chief Business Officer Vineet Singh said.
Verka is a leading dairy player in Punjab with 75 per cent share of the organised market. The company has over 525 outlets in the state.

"Karan Sodi has been with JLL India for over 16 years, headed the Mumbai Office Markets division for over 8 years, and has been instrumental in its exponential growth," the company said in a statement today.
Sanjay Bajaj, Managing Director - Pune, has been given strategic oversight of JLL's Western India businesses, including Mumbai and Ahmedabad. He will also take on direct responsibility of the company's Industrial Services division.
Serving with JLL India for over 11 years, Bajaj has been instrumental in setting up JLL's Investment Sales platform in Pune and structured some of the largest land transactions.
