A landslide in China's northwestern Qinghai province today, buried at least nine persons, officials said.
Rescuers have pulled out three persons, with the condition of one being critical. Rescue for six others is continuing, state-run Xinhua news agency reported.
The landslide occurred in a village of Guoluo Tibetan autonomous prefecture of Qinghai.
Yesterday, in two separate landslides in southwest China at least 20 people were killed and 18 still missing.
Landslides are a frequent danger in rural and mountainous parts of China, particularly after heavy rains.
