Senior Congress leader AK Antony today slammed the BJP-led NDA government for not doing "proper homework" before agreeing for the NSA-level talks with Pakistan, the cancellation of which he said was "unfortunate".
The former defence minister told reporters here that the talks were cancelled as no "proper homework" was done by the BJP government.
The government failed to rise to the occasion and that was the reason why the talks could not be held, he said even as he asked if terrorism and talks could go together.
