The 30-year-old actress, who is shooting two films "Machhli Jal Ki Rani Hai" and "Mango", said because of her back-to-back projects she has no time to think about marriage.
"I am committed with somebody but I don't have time to think about marriage right now because I am busy shooting films. Apart from time, I don't have money also to get married," Swara said today on the sidelines of Cine Bahas Talab 2013.
The "Tanu Weds Manu" actress addressed a session on the 'Role of women in Hindi Cinema' along with other panelists including Shilpa Shukla, Usha Jadhav and Vishaka Singh.
"Bollywood is an integral phenomena when we think about role of women. Right from the silent era, actresses like Sulochana Devi and Fearless Nadia have defined women in cinema.
"Women-centric films, female directors and technicians have always existed in the industry. So, we can say that the space we female actors are today is not that new," she said.
Swara said that the only thing which has changed for actresses in the industry is that their male counterparts are equally working hard to sustain their position.
The actress also pointed out that the confidence about portraying sexuality on-screen has also increased and a film like "The Dirty Picture" is the best example.
