The brothers and former Oasis bandmates fell out five years ago and are believed to have refrained from speaking to each other ever since, reported Femalefirst.
"We're on good terms, as good as we can be," Noel said.
However, contrary to increasing speculation that they are planning to reunite for the 20th anniversary of Oasis' second album '(What's The Story) Morning Glory?', Noel insists there is no reunion on the cards.
"I'm looking forward to spoiling everybody's party next year. We won't be doing it," he said.
