Northern Command Chief greets people on Eid-ul-Fitr

Northern Command Chief Lt Gen Sanjiv Chachra today greeted people of the state on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr and hoped it will usher lasting peace and prosperity in Jammu and Kashmir.
In his message Gen Chachra said, joyous celebrations of Eid-ul-Fitr marking the end of the holy month of Ramadan bring with it unity, happiness and a feeling of brotherhood.
He thanked people for their whole hearted participation in inter-community Iftar parties and the warm display of solidarity with the Army.
