Now a casting portal for aspiring actors

Getting an audition is no longer difficult for aspiring actors as they can now log in to showase their talent.
An online portal bombaycasting.Com is launching 'audition award' to give aspiring actors and Bollywood enthusiasts an easy platform.
The participants can upload a three-minute long clip on the portal. The winning entry will get the price money of Rs 11 lakhs, while first and second runner ups will be awarded with Rs five lakhs and Rs three lakhs respectively.
The portal, founded by producer Sunil Vohra, will also sign a deal with the winner, to provide him/her with work, be it in movies, serials or advertisements for 180 days.

"During the making of 'Gangs of Wasseypur' I realised we see the same faces again and again playing different roles and that's when I decided to give new talent a platform in form of this portal," Vohra told PTI Bhasha.
Filmmakers Tigmanshu Dhulia, Hansal Mehta and Anand L Rai are serving as the judges of the competition.
"This is a great breakthrough for aspiring artists. Now young people will not have to go here and there to ask for work," Tigmanshu said.
