Now Aircel subscribers can design their monthly mobile plans

Telecom operator Aircel today announced a new scheme under which its subscribers can customise their monnthly mobile plans online.

" Customers understand their communication needs and we would like to empower them with the freedom of choosing a plan on their choice. We are introducing an industry first initiative -'Design Your Own Plan' which helps customers to now design and choose their very own plan," Aircel's Chief Marketing Officer Anupam Vasudev said in a statement.

To 'Design your own plan', customers will need to log on to Aircel's website and make choices, as per their need, across calling, texting and surfing in the plan designer tool section.

Customers will also have option to re-design the plan or add extra packs basis their need, the statement said.
